Chauffage (Heat Exchanger)

Failures in heater, or heat exchanger can be identified in the following situations:

  • Weak heating the passenger compartment;
  • Coolant leak;
  • Odor in the cabin;
  • Fogging the windows;
  • Weak airflow.
Because of flaws:

  • Poor heat transfer caused by dirt and / or impurities inside or outside (eg corrosion, dirt limestone.);
  • Leak caused by corrosion;
  • Trail through the connections (eg clamps, cuffs.);
  • Filter clogged / plugged;
  • Blocking the ventilation system (eg tree leaves.);
  • Opening control defective air.
